2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The plaintiff is residing together with his family in the building located in Dong-gu Busan (hereinafter referred to as "the building of this case") in Busan (hereinafter referred to as "the building of this case"), which is the father C of the plaintiff.

B. The Defendant owns a building located in Busan Dong-gu E (hereinafter “Defendant’s building”) adjoining the instant building, and operates a bath in the name of “F”.

2. The plaintiff's assertion that the defendant operated a bath in the defendant's building, and installed an X-cell valves and other hot water facilities. Since the defendant's building is completed in 1989 and it is vulnerable to aging, the above hot water-related facilities were not required to manage them to be equipped with ordinary safety.

Therefore, around 09:30 on February 6, 2018, X-cell valves installed on the back side of the Defendant’s building adjacent to the instant building and fenced the instant building were sprinked and sprinked, and the back end of the instant building came to be a water sea. On the outside of the back of the building, such as the glass hold of the instant building, the number of hot water coming to the lower side of the building, and the water way was dried from around 09:50 to the lower side of the building.

The plaintiff's mental damage is 2.8 million won, 1.2 million won, and 300,000 won, respectively, for the plaintiff's family members including the plaintiff.
