On June 20, 2003, the Plaintiff entered into a title trust and an entrustment contract with the title trust of the chassis B special motor vehicle to the Han Commercial General Logistics Co., Ltd. and with the title trust of the freight trucking service being entrusted with the freight trucking service using the above vehicle from the Han Commercial General Logistics Co., Ltd.

On June 29, 2004, the Plaintiff terminated the above title trust and the above consignment contract, and purchased the chassis number special motor vehicle as a substitute for the above Tracck special motor vehicle, and concluded the title trust and the above consignment contract with respect to the automobile of the Kackdong Co., Ltd. on June 29, 2004.

On April 4, 2013, the Plaintiff replaced the said special motor vehicle with the chassis number EFH6 x 2 Track special motor vehicle, and on August 28, 2012, the Plaintiff replaced the said Back cement cement re-motor vehicle with the chassis number F2-33.3 cubic meters motor vehicle.

The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit with the Cheongju District Court against the Cheongju District Court for the cancellation of the above title trust and the above entrustment contract, resulting in which the said FH6 x 2 track special vehicles and the 203.3 cubic metres truck (hereinafter “each of the instant vehicles”) seeking the implementation of the procedures for the registration of ownership transfer (Cheongju District Court 2013Gahap4750), and on December 13, 2013, the instant case entered into an adjustment with the effect that the KS received a certain amount of money from the Plaintiff and, at the same time, performed the procedures for the registration of ownership transfer on the same day for each of the instant vehicles.

On March 12, 2014, the Plaintiff filed an application with the Defendant for a permit for trucking transport business, and the Defendant entered into an entrustment contract with the Plaintiff on April 4, 2014 and operated the vehicle, while driving the vehicle.
