Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
A person other than a person handling narcotics shall not possess, possess, use, transport, control, import, export, manufacture, prepare, administer, give or receive, trade, arrange for trade of, or offer psychotropic drugs, and the defendant shall not be a person handling narcotics with the nationality of a Thailand.
1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. At around 21:00 on April 6, 2020, the Defendant: (a) received approximately KRW 500,000 g of psychotropic drugs from C (hereinafter “C”) before the Defendant’s residence in Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu; (b) the Defendant purchased and sold psychotropic drugs at a price after being given approximately KRW 1g of 50,000,000; (c) around January 23, 2020, the Defendant purchased and sold 1g of psychotropic drugs from G (i.e., “C”) at an exclusive entertainment club with the trade name of “F” in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, at around 23:00 at the end of 23:0, the Defendant purchased and sold 0.2g of opon from G (i.e., “H”).
3) At around 21:00 on April 6, 2020, the Defendant: (a) received approximately KRW 0.2g of oponon from G at the Defendant’s residence located in Soyang-gu, Goyang-gu; and (b) received KRW 0.2g of oponononononon; (b) around April 21, 2020, the Defendant administered a oponon in a way that the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence located in Soyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Jyang-gu, 202, administered a opon on the part of the Defendant, using approximately KRW 0.2g of opon on a pipe in a copon-type copon in a copon-type coponon-type
2) At around 23:00 as of January 19, 2020, the Defendant administered philophones in a toilet located in an exclusive amusement club, which is a stalthic of F in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, with approximately 0.2g of philophones, on a glass pipe, and with a smoke generated by attaching a fire on the bottom. (c) At around 18:30 on July 19, 2020, the Defendant, at the same time, administered philophones by a man who is a psychotropic drug, “I” in front of the Defendant’s residence in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Incheon.
