The defendant used forged C's resident registration certificate to forge the apartment lease contract in the name of C and the payment certificate and to obtain money from victim D by using the forged C's resident registration certificate.

1. Forgery E uses C’s resident registration certificate to use it as lessor C, and the Defendant is a lessee.

A. On October 16, 201, the Defendant entered G real estate located in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul in the real estate lease contract form in the location column with a verification-type pen attached to the real estate lease contract form, “H 902 of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City”, “In the column for the address of the lessor,” “Seoul-do Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-do, Seocheon-do, Igra 301, “In the column for the resident registration of the lessor,” “C,” etc., and “E, after entering the name column for the lessor’s name, stamped prepared in advance following the name column for the lessor;

B. At the above date, at the place of receipt, the Defendant entered “A”, “100,000,000”, “B”, and “C” in the description column, and, at the same time, attached C’s seal prepared in advance to his name; and

C. On November 8, 2011, the Defendant stated “A” in the column for chonsegwon to the seat of chonsegwon using a black pen on a written confirmation of payment in the form of a document of payment in the name of Incheon or below, “C” in the column for the name of the lessor, “C” in the column for the maximum debt amount”, and “C” in the column for the confirmation of payment in the name of the lessor, and then marked C’s seal prepared in advance on the name of the lessor.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with E, forged each of the real estate lease contracts, receipts, and payment certificates in the name of C, which is a private document related to rights and obligations.

2. On October 31, 201, the Defendant for the uttering of a forged official document is a public official of the Incheon District Court, Nam-dong registry office, who is aware of the forgery, in the form of a resident registration certificate in which C’s personal information is recorded to obtain a fixed date in the said real estate lease agreement.
