1. The defendant

The Plaintiff, on August 12, 2005, leased real estate listed in the separate sheet owned by the Plaintiff as KRW 5 million, monthly rent of KRW 400,000,000 (excluding value-added tax) to the Defendant. The Defendant delayed payment of KRW 4 million in total from July 9, 2013 to April 9, 2014. The Plaintiff terminated the said lease contract on the grounds of the Defendant’s delay in rent for at least two years. The Plaintiff claimed the amount of money equivalent to the rent from the time of delivery and delayed payment of real estate listed in the separate sheet (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) by publication on February 2, 2008.
