B Completion of a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

1. The Defendants’ co-offenders are as between same-sexs, and around March 24, 2019, through “C” which is an Internet same-sex website, and are not narcotics handlers.

On March 24, 2019, at around 04:00, the Defendants conspired to administer phiphones before having a sexual intercourse with Defendant B’s house located in the Daegu-gu D Building E. Defendant A put approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs he/she had had, on a single-time basis, cambalons (hereinafter “philopon”), into one-time psychotropic drugs, into one-time cambalon, dilution into his/her left part, and the Defendant B injected approximately 0.03g of philopon into one-time cam and dilution it into the Defendant’s right part, and administered each philopon.

B. At around 21:00 on March 24, 2019, the Defendants conspired to administer approximately 0.03 g of phiphones in the foregoing manner at the above place.

C. At around 20:00 on April 22, 2019, the Defendants conspired to administer approximately 0.03 g of phiphones in the foregoing manner at the above place. D.

At around 05:00 on April 23, 2019, Defendants conspired to administer approximately 0.03 g of philophones in the above manner at the above place.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to administer philophones in a total of four times.

2. Defendant B

A. On November 2, 2012, the Defendant in violation of the Prevention of Acquireddeficiencydeficiency Diseases Act is prohibited from performing an act of mediating radio waves to any third person through blood or body fluids, and the Defendant is prohibited from performing an act of mediating radio waves to any third person.

1. On March 24, 2019, around 07:17, the Defendant did not take preventive measures against Esp infections through sexual intercourse, such as hiding the fact that he/she was infected with Esp from the office of the above Defendant’s house and using the Red Sea, etc.
