1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 36,156,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 27, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff, with the trade name of "C", runs a companion animal feed sales business, and the defendant runs a wholesale and retail business of pet goods with the trade name of "D." Although the plaintiff supplied 40,156,00 won to March 15, 2017 through November 7, 2017, the defendant paid only KRW 4,00,000, which is a part of the above goods price, the defendant sought payment of the remainder of KRW 36,156,00 (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
