On January 18, 2016, at around 08:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim, such as the Defendant’s left hand, who was living at the victim’s house located in Busan Dong-gu C, and the Defendant, who was living at the victim’s house, was able to look at and shut down the gate on the ground that the sound goes to the victim’s house, and that the sound goes to the victim’s house going to work in the middle of the victim’s house. However, the Defendant assaulted the victim, such as: (a) the Defendant’s hand on the part of the victim’s seat, and (b) the victim was able to look at the gate; (c) the Defendant was able to look at the gate; and (d) the Defendant was able to look at the victim’s house.
