On October 30, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch on August 30, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence on August 25, 2016.

1. Larceny;

A. On February 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened an unlocked door of a vehicle parked by the victim C in the “E cafeteria” section located in Shion-si around 02:00 on February 26, 2017; and (b) carried 50,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim of the contact bed.

B. On March 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in which the victim F was parked in G at a leisure time on March 5, 2017; and (b) carried with him a plastic paper containing a shoulder equivalent to KRW 60,000 at the market price of the victim’s possession.

From March 5, 2017 to around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant opened a door in front of the J Gas charging station located in JA at SA, which the victim H was parked, and had a total of nine credit cards, such as the Sari and Sari cards, in total, in front of the market price of the victim who was in the contact bed and was in the contact bed.

(d)

On March 6, 2017, at around 22:00, the Defendant opened a door that is not set up in a vehicle parked by the victim K on the front side of L, and had three head of Tong, which is the victim's possession, automobile registration certificate, and slot book, one cell phone equivalent to 90,000 won at the market price, one clock equivalent to 50,000 won at the market price, one clock equivalent to 1,50,000 won at the market price, and one gram 1,50,000 won at the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property four times in total.

2. On March 5, 2017, the Defendant damaged special property: (a) laid a brick, which is a dangerous object in front of a Pspke vehicle parked by the victim’sO in front of the N Hospital located in W on a leisure-si on March 5, 2017; and (b) the market price is equivalent to KRW 949,936 at its repair cost.
