1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 24,423,385 as well as KRW 23,730,407 among them, from October 2, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Although the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 24 million to the Defendant on May 17, 2011, the Defendant did not fully repay part of the amount under the Disposition No. 1 with the Defendant’s payment of KRW 24 million (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
