1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 20, 2016 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On July 15, 2013, the Plaintiff leased the building No. 206 from the Defendant to KRW 30,000,000 for lease deposit.
After that, even if the Plaintiff delivered the above building to the Defendant after the termination of the lease agreement on July 15, 2015, the Defendant did not refund KRW 23,000,000 out of the lease deposit to the Plaintiff. Therefore, the said lease deposit and damages for delay are liable to pay to the Plaintiff.
