Punishment of the crime
[2017 High 159] The defendant is a person who drives a motor vehicle with no number plate owned by him/her in the course of business.
1. On November 11, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while drinking the said vehicle to the head of Si/Gun/Gu in the Republic of Korea, a hot spring town in the Republic of Korea, in the south of Si/Sari-si on the 14:43 on November 11, 2016.

3. The Defendant violated the Automobile Damage Compensation Act driving the said vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance when he violated the foregoing paragraph (1).

1.
