1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for payment of KRW 77,758,256 and the period from August 18, 2014 to May 30, 2019.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) However, the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay among the claims was partially reduced as indicated in the Disposition, pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading).
