Until January 31, 200, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of KRW 71,350,000 (= KRW 60,665,000 - 60,000) and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from January 14, 2017 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
