All of the public prosecutions against the defendant are dismissed.
1. At around 13:30 October 19, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim E (the age of 54) who was a meal at the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Seomun-gu Seoul (Seoul) D restaurant, with a view to keeping the victim’s face unfortunate, assaulting the victim’s face by drinking, walking the victim’s face, and walking the boat several times.
around 11:00 on November 27, 2019, the Defendant 2020 Godan638, the Defendant, “C” operated by the Victim G (F) located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, for the purpose of drinking the cattle, and the victim prevented it without the victim’s permission, and assaulted the victim on one hand on the ground that the victim avoided it.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. After the instant indictment, the victims expressed their intention not to punish them (E is December 23, 2019, and G is March 31, 2020)
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
