However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

At around 00:15 on July 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sought a C dormitory located in Ma in Sungsung-si, and (b) demanded that the Defendant open a door to the victim in front of the victim E (n, 25 years old) who works as its team members, “I will open a door, open a door, and open a door to the inside of the door, if I want to do so; (c)” and “I want to open a door to the outside of the door, if I want to do so; and (d) to open a door for about 35 minutes.
