1. The Defendants jointly share the Plaintiff KRW 19,295,576, Plaintiff B, and C, respectively, and each of the said money. < Amended by Act No. 1300, Mar. 1, 2015>
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant D’s status as the parties is a person who operates G hospital located in the Ethical F (hereinafter “Defendant hospital”), and Defendant E is a medical specialist in the G department affiliated with the Defendant hospital.
Plaintiff
A is a patient who has received a high-frequency nuclear crypology (hereinafter “instant procedure”) from Defendant E, and Plaintiff B and C are the parents of Plaintiff E.
B. On January 28, 2015, Plaintiff A complained of the left shoulder and the pain of the shoulder part of Defendant A, which has been continued for more than one year, and Defendant E, a doctor affiliated with Defendant A’s hospital, conducted X-ray test and MRI test for Plaintiff A.
As a result, Defendant E has narrow distance between Plaintiff E’s border 6 and 7, found that the sacrific composition has led to the troke, diagnosed Plaintiff A’s symptoms as a conical escape certificate, and then, he had the right to conduct the instant treatment that Plaintiff A can lead a daily life immediately after performing the treatment.
C. 1) Plaintiff A consented to Defendant E’s above solicitation and received the instant surgery from Defendant E around 11:20 on January 29, 2015. (2) Plaintiff A received the instant surgery after undergoing the instant surgery. (3) After undergoing the instant surgery, Plaintiff A was provided with the hatche.
The medical personnel of the defendant hospital applied A to the plaintiff, administered the blood transfusions and the strokes, observe the progress, and implement X-ray tests around 15:00 on the same day and around 17:00 on the same day.
3) On the same day, at around 20:25, Plaintiff A left the face of the Aprypt and complained of the difficulty in pulmon. Accordingly, Defendant E, around 21:10 on the same day, refers to the Plaintiff A, a superior hospital, to the Blllllet University Sym Hospital (hereinafter referred to as the “Slick University Hospital”).
A) At around 22:50 of the same day, Plaintiff A was hospitalized into the Mabbro Hospital Mabro-patient room. 4) Plaintiff A on the same day. 23:17 of the same day.
