The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

The Defendant, from around April 11, 2015 to around April 2015, 201, was a victim C (man, 37 years of age) and from around April 2010 to around April 2015, and the victim was willing to threaten a female by using b body pictures, etc. taken by the Defendant from around April 11, 2015 to the victim without contact.

1. Intimidation;

A. At around 04:07 on April 14, 2015, the Defendant sent three copies of the victim’s balone photograph stored in the Defendant’s cell phone to the victim’s mobile phone to the victim’s mobile phone, and the Defendant expressed the victim’s attitude by sending a text message stating, “I am going to the victim’s balone house that disregards her fembling time to the end of governance, and I am to the end of the governance, and I am to the end of the governance. On April 14, 2015, around 04:44, the Defendant: (a) before the main point where the victim works in the Gungdong-si, Gungdong-si; and (b) before the main point where the victim works in the Gungdong-si, the Defendant identified the victim’s bridge pictures on the front door and corridor, attached them to the victim’s cell phone, and identified the photograph taken by the Defendant, and sent the victim’
