1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 240,859,204 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from October 1, 2016 to the date of full payment.
1. From May 1, 1982 to September 16, 2016, the Plaintiff is employed as an employee of Walwals Memorial Hospital operated by the Defendant.
At the time of retirement, the Defendant was not paid the total of KRW 61,646,338 and retirement allowances of KRW 179,212,86, and KRW 240,859,204.

According to the above facts finding as to the cause of the claim, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 240,859,204 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as provided by the Labor Standards Act from October 1, 2016 to the date of full payment after 14 days from the date of retirement of the plaintiff.
3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
