1. Violation of the Building Act;

(a) A person who intends to construct or repair a building shall obtain permission from a Metropolitan Autonomous City Mayor, a Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without permission, does not permit three-story buildings with a total floor size of 394.85 square meters located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon to April of the same year. The Defendant, from March 201 to April of the same year, 4 households with 119.91 square meters of the above building 119.91 square meters, 2 households with 119.91 square meters of a 119.91 square meters of a building as 4 households, extended the wall by putting up the boundary wall of each unit as a brick, installed a toilet and a main room in each room, and repaired the multi-family house of 3 households with the total of 8 households with the apartment houses with the permission of 19.9 square meters,

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not establish an annexed parking lot with seven-seven percent of the total one unit per household required for the added seven households while repairing and expanding the apartment house in a large scale and at the same time and place as the above paragraph (1).
