Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.
Punishment of the crime
1. A person who intends to convert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the Administrator of the Korea Forest Service, etc. according to the classification of the type, area, etc. of the mountainous district specified by Presidential Decree;
Nevertheless, on February 2019, the Defendant changed the form and quality of the forest by removing trees in the above forest by using digging seasons, etc. without obtaining permission from the competent administrative agency in order to wide use the site in the preserved mountainous district located in Gyeongcheon-si Kim Jong-si, Gyeongcheon-si. In addition, the Defendant damaged the mountainous district of which KRW 844,00,000 is a sum of KRW 130,000
As a result, the Defendant converted a mountainous district without obtaining permission from the competent authorities.
2. A person who intends to thin standing timber or extract or gather forest products in a forest shall obtain permission from the Special Self-Governing City Mayor, the Special Self-Governing Province Governor, the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, or the head of a regional forest office;
Nevertheless, the defendant from the end of January 2019 to the same year.
2. From the first patrolman, he cut the standing timber of Class 322, 2,00 won, other than the 4,222 cubic meters in a mountainous district of a total of 3,623 square meters within the relevant preserved mountainous district, using a mechanical saw, without permission from the competent authority, for the purpose of raising profits from cutting down in the Gyeongcheon-si, Kimcheon-si D and E preserved mountainous district.
