1. The Defendant terminated the consignment management contract on June 4, 2019 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Grounds;
(a) Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
B. Dismissal portion: The provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings were amended, and the interest rate under the above Act was changed from 15% per annum to 12% per annum as it was enforced on June 1, 2019.
