2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

Meanwhile, since the establishment of the instant foundation, the de facto operator of the instant foundation was the Plaintiff’s father, and R prepared the minutes of the board of directors’ meeting as follows on November 25, 2006 without lawful convocation notice or meeting procedures, and completed registration on December 7, 2006. < Amended by Act No. 8178, Nov. 25, 2006>
