1. The defendant shall pay 53,072,00 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from July 16, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is partially amended to have 12/100 per annum on May 21, 2019 (the main sentence) of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which was enforced from June 1, 2019. As such, the portion of the claim for delayed payment from the date following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint in this case to the date of full payment shall be cited only for the portion calculated at the rate of 12/12 per annum, and the remainder shall be dismissed.
