A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 20:00 on July 24, 2013, the Defendant conspiredd with C, D, and D to steals with the view that, in the vicinity of the subway station located in the Gyeonggi-dong subway station in Busan Metropolitan City, it would be possible to purchase alcohol, tobacco, etc. from the convenience store if he steals the room under the Maritime Bath subject to the Maritime Bath so on.
