1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 21,574,300 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff' and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'). 2. Judgment without pleading: Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act
3. The interest rate after October 1, 2015, pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., amended on September 25, 2015, shall apply 15% per annum.
