A. As to the land listed in attached Table 1 List 1 Section 1 to Plaintiff A Co., Ltd.

A. The Plaintiff A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff A”) is the co-owners or owners of each land listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 3, 6 through 37, and the Plaintiff B, C, and D are the co-owners of each land listed in the separate sheet No. 4 and 5.

(hereinafter referred to as “each land of this case” and each land of this case shall be collectively referred to as “land of this case” and each land of this case shall be referred to as “land of this case” in accordance with the number of paragraph 1 listed in the attached Table 1. On November 24, 2006, I, J, and K acquired the ownership of 140529m29m2 (including each of the lands in this case over several occasions) of Apyeong-gun L/C in shares of 1/3 of November 24, 2006. 2) J established the two hundred million won interest rate of G on April 24, 2007 and H on July 23, 2007 as the three percent (six million won per month) interest rate, and the period of reimbursement on July 23, 2007, the land in this case was divided into the two or seven hundred and forty-sevenm29m29m2 of L/C in the name of each of the two or thirty-seven-gun L/C (the two or thirty-sevenm27m29m2, including each of the real estate in this case) of each of the two or thirty-sevenm370,007.

C. On July 31, 2007, J acquired the ownership of the instant land under Paragraph (1) with the shares of 1/2, respectively, on July 31, 2007. 2) J extended KRW 100 million from G on July 31, 2007, KRW 30 million from H, and KRW 1.5 million from H on October 30, 2007, respectively, with the maturity of 3% (6 million per month) and KRW 1.5 million on October 31, 2007. The Government District Court of the Republic of Korea, on July 31, 2007, pursuant to Paragraph (1) of this case’s land as “No. 2115, the mortgagee G and maximum debt amount, KRW 150,000,00 (hereinafter “H”).
