On February 18, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for the charge of forging official documents at the Seoul Central District Court on September 12, 2016, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Seoul Detention Center.

The defendant had a photograph attached to the defendant's resident registration certificate in the type B, had the defendant reissued his resident registration certificate in the name of B, and had the defendant use his photograph so that he would run as if he was B.

1. On April 18, 2017, the Defendant forged a private document and the instant investigation document at the C community service center located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, entered “B” in the name column, “B” in the official approval color pen, and “B” in the address column, and forged one copy of the application for re-issuance of the resident registration certificate in the name of Dobong-gu, Seoul, for the purpose of exercising the Defendant’s unmanned seal, and exercised the forged application for re-issuance of the resident registration certificate in the name of B, which is a private document related to rights and duties, by issuing the public official F who is aware of the forgery at the same place as if the application was duly concluded.

In addition, the Defendant forged and used private documents in the name B from the above day to March 22, 2018, as described in the list of crimes in attached Form B.

2. On April 14, 2018, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) attended the G Team office of the Hongcheon Police Station G Team in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-do; (b) completed the investigation of the case against B as Defendant B, and (c) presented the resident registration certificate under B’s name, and subsequently illegally used another person’s resident registration certificate.

3. On April 14, 2018, the Defendant’s signature forgery and signing of the above investigation is to exercise the right by signing “B” in the column of a person who has made a statement in the suspect interrogation protocol, when the Defendant took place at the Hongcheon Police Station G Team office located in Taecheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun.
