On July 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 10:34, at the Busan Urban Railroad Station B located in the Geumdong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, the victim D (the age of 58) who was the vice head of the Busan Urban Railroad Station that performed the duty of controlling illegal passengers was moving from the Busan Urban Railroad to the said C Station through the Busan Urban Railroad Line 1, and was unable to find and control the Defendant, with no boarding pass, for the purpose of preventing the Defendant from getting out of the opening of the entrance without the boarding pass, and thereby obstructing the victim’s illegal passenger control by force for about 10 minutes.
