1. 2011. 9. 29. 일반교통방해 피고인은 2011. 9. 29. 22:00경부터 23:50경까지 서울 중구 을지로입구 사거리에서 ‘반값등록금 국민촛불 집회’에 참가한 다른 참가자 700여 명과 함께 그곳 도로의 광교 방향 3개 차로, 한국은행 방향 5개 차로를 점거하고 팔짱을 끼고 연좌하여 “반값등록금 실현하라” 등 구호를 제창하는 등으로 구호를 제창하는 등으로 차량의 교통을 방해하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

On October 28, 201, the Defendant obstructed the traffic of vehicles by occupying more than 1,000 other participants who participated in the “Korea-U.S. FTA opposing assemblies” on the northwest of the National Assembly located in the Dong-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City from around 14:5 to 16:10 on October 28, 201, along with the number of other participants participating in the “Korea-U.S. FTA opposing assemblies.”

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

3. On November 26, 2011, the Defendant obstructed the traffic of vehicles by occupying three-dimensionals in the Sejong-ro in Jongno-gu Seoul, Seoul, from November 26, 201 to 20:40, and occupying 1,000 other participants participating in the “an assembly opposing the Korea-U.S. FTA” and raising “the Korea-U.S. FTA ratification opposition” as well as raising “the Korea-U.S. FTA ratification opposition”.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
