2. On August 26, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that the victim F would purchase a supplementary system on the Internet NAVV bulletin board, and that “If 45,000 won is remitted, she will send a supplementary system via her home line.”

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 45,00 from the victim for the same day.
