The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Crimes related to joining the E mobile phone in the name;
A. A. On November 4, 2013, the Defendant forged private documents (1) entered “E” and “F” in the customer name column of the new contract form for mobile phone service in the name of the customer and signed E on the name side of the name, around November 4, 2013.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a new service contract in the name of E, a private document related to rights and obligations.
(2) The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1), exercised the instant investigation document as if it were a document that duly formed a forged service contract with G employees H, who knew of such forgery.
(3) Fraud, violation of the Resident Registration Act by the Defendant was in possession of forged service new contracts and C at the time and place described in the foregoing paragraph (1).
E’s resident registration certificate was presented and completed, as he was entitled to subscribe to new mobile phone service in the name of E, by deceiving H of the victim G’s employee, and its member received from the victim G one mobile phone amounting to KRW 990,000 of the market value around that time, and transferred KRW 102,000 as subsidies for sales of mobile phones.
Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim to take the property by deceiving the victim, and illegally uses E's resident registration certificate.
B. Around November 19, 2013, the Defendant forged private documents (1) entered “E” and “F” in the customer name column of the site for a new contract for mobile phone service in the name of the customer and signed by E on November 19, 2013 at the end of the week around November 19, 2013.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a new service contract in the name of E, a private document related to rights and obligations.
(2) The Defendant at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) of the above B, and at the same time and place, filed a false service contract with the International StaffJ as above.
