1. Around June 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door at the Yansan-gu C Parking lot owned by the victim B at the end of the front week; (b) opened the door; and (c) cut off with one bag containing cash of KRW 600,000, and foreign currency (foreign currency worth KRW 700,000) owned by the victim in the said car.

2. On November 27, 2019, around 01:55, the Defendant: (a) opened a door with the victim E at the F parking lot in Yancheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on November 27, 2019; (b) opened the door, and cut off cash amounting to KRW 10,000 in the said vehicle.

3. At around 03:05 on November 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was not fastened with the victim H’s JL car at the Full-gu IBD parking lot located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu; and (b) went into that door, and stolen the victim’s wall that was accompanied by a gift store in the sum of KRW 400,000 in cash and KRW 40,000 in the said vehicle.

4. On November 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was not locking for the victim K’s Mtoscar car at the Plaintiff’s L parking lot in the Yandong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on November 27, 2019; (b) opened the door, one set of a gold half of the market price equivalent to KRW 250,000 in the said car.

From October 18, 2019 to October 02:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that did not correct the victim NN’s SM5 car at the former So-gu O parking lot in the previous city in the previous city from October 18, 2019; and (b) stolen cash (50,000 won and KRW 80,000,000,000) owned by the victim.
