1. At around September 23:00 on September 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the vehicle at the entrance of the I Apartment-si, which was parked at the entrance of the Namyang-si, through the front glass window of the JJ-owned vehicle; and (b) cut off one 1,50,000 won at the market price in the name of the victim K-owner; and (c) cut off one 1,50,000 won at the market price in the name of the K-owned bank cke card; and (d) on September 6, 2013, the Defendants conspired to purchase the bank from the “N” operated by the victim’s name in the first floor of the government M& building on September 17:00, 2013; and (c) made the victim to present the stolen name card to the victim as if he were the lawful holder of the sales slip.
