Punishment of the crime
[2013dan6569] The Defendant applied for job-seeking by Internet carpets, etc. to the needy who want to take jobs, such as the President, and sent evidentiary photographs as requested by him/her to the main day. On September 16, 2013, at around 08:00, he/she was forged resident registration certificates issued by the head of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Office, which are attached with Defendant’s photograph attached to C’s resident registration certificates.
When the Defendant wants to work from the wounded, the Defendant heard the horses that he should make a forged resident registration certificate and deliver it to them, and tried to open a post office passbook with a forged resident registration certificate at the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu 325-3 post office.
1. At around 10:02 on September 16, 2013, the Defendant, in collusion with the wounded, forged C’s application form with a pen stating the name “C”, resident registration number D”, address “Seoul-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City EPT 25 Dong 201” as the personal information recorded in the forged resident registration certificate without authority for the purpose of exercising the right to file an application for the opening of a post office passbook at the 2nd page of Seocho-gu post office.
2. The Defendant, in collusion with the wounded, presented to F, at the same time and at the same place, an application for the resident registration certificate C in the name of the head of Gwangjin-gu Office and C in the name of the head of Gwangjin-gu who is not aware of the fact as if they were duly formed.
[2013 Highest 7295] The Defendant established an account under the name of a third party by using the forged resident registration certificate that he/she came to know through the Internet car page, etc., and receives 50,000 won per account in return for the transfer of passbooks, etc. from the account. Accordingly, around September 27, 2013, the Defendant was the Defendant, who was the deceased, and the other personal information was the forged resident registration certificate of G.
