【Criminal Facts】
On February 28, 2020, at around 00:18, the Defendant driven a DNA car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.169% from around 3km section from around the 3km road of the 'C cafeteria' in Busan Metropolitan City B to the alpha City 422-2 Alphari-gu alphathm.
Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
On May 16, 2014, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million from the Changwon District Court on December 18, 2014 to a fine of KRW 2 million due to the same crime, etc. in relation to the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Daegu District Court on May 16, 2014, respectively.
【Criminal Facts】
On May 18, 2020, at around 01:05, the Defendant driven D low-income vehicle under the influence of alcohol 0.121% of alcohol concentration without obtaining a driving license from the section of about 2 km in the same month and Seo-gu E from the direction of the front yellow road located in Daegu Southern-gu, Daegu-gu to the front road of the F company located in the same month and Seo-gu E.
As a result, the defendant driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license, and violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
