However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant, at the entrance of the D market located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, requested the defendant to move the street store at the D market merchants' association, and the defendant was dissatisfied with this.

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

(a) No person who commits the crime on May 23, 2016 shall leave Articles on the road, which might impede traffic;

(b) No person who commits the crime on May 31, 2016 shall leave Articles on the road, which might impede traffic.

Nevertheless, around 08:00 on May 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) placed the market merchant's association in the above D market in a 08:00 so that it was defective that the market merchant's association moves to a street store; (b) laid down the soil in the scoping team; and (c) laid down the soil and math on the two-lane road in front of the market.

2. Around 10:00 on May 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) took a look at the victim E of the D market, on the ground that the victimized person, in front of the FY store run by the victim E of the D market, took a bath to the victim for about 20 minutes from that day to 10:20 on the same day; (b) the victim took a bath to the victim for about 20 minutes from that day; and (c) the customer, who found the market, referring to the market as “the victim’s day offs and day offs” to “the victim’s day offs and day offs,” thereby obstructing customers from entering the market on the street, thereby obstructing the victim’s work on the street.

3. The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties and insultd on May 31, 2016 by the victim H, who was a police officer belonging to the YY G police station in the Yancheon-dong, South Korea, where he was dispatched after receiving a report on the same act as the Defendant 1-B around 08:00.
