The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

1. On February 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim E, who was in front of the above D on February 4, 2017, in front of the Daejeon Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; (b) reported that the victim E was in front of the above D; (c) but, as the victim was unable to hear, the victim was called “Yhhhhhh” and the victim was sexually abused against the victim once.
