A. On June 1, 2016, the Plaintiff leased Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C and D from the Defendant with a lease deposit of KRW 135 million, and two years, respectively.

B. The above lease was terminated upon the expiration of the term.

On June 26, 2018, the Plaintiff delivered the above building to the Defendant. However, the Plaintiff was paid KRW 60 million out of the lease deposit by the Defendant and was not paid the remainder of KRW 75 million.

2. The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of the lease deposit KRW 75 million ( KRW 135 million) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from March 20, 2019 to the day of full payment, upon the Plaintiff’s request.

3. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
