[Defendant A] Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for two years and six months.
However, this judgment has become final and conclusive against Defendant A.
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are not narcotics handlers.
1. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;
A. From June 15:00 on June 27, 2017, the Defendant purchased 1,850 bills (hereinafter “M”) from a seller of narcotics, etc. (hereinafter “M”) on his/her name in the Lon-si Lon-si Lon-si in China at the price, using approximately KRW 3.50,00,00 for the 1,850 bills (per KRW 3.50,000), which is a local mental medicine (hereinafter “con-phone”), and purchased cinylphones and marijuana in the way of receiving approximately 3 g of the merpt-si (hereinafter “con-phone”).
B. At around 02:30 on June 28, 2017, the Defendant imported philophones and marijuana in a way that, among the philophones purchased as described in the foregoing paragraph A at the international port of west-si, China, the Defendant entered the Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, Incheon, Incheon, and entered the port of the Republic of Korea and carried them into the port of the Republic of Korea through the search stand for the place of entry into the port of the Republic of Korea and carried them into the port of 05:35 on the same day.

At around 21:00 on June 29, 2017, the Defendant administered the philophone medication by inserting it into the smoking equipment made of approximately 0.1g glass pipes among the tight philophones as described in paragraph (b) at around 1206, the Defendant’s residence, the Defendant’s dwelling. The Defendant, on July 2017, sold philophones, was 23:00 square meters on the first-come-served date.
In front of the Defendant’s residence, such as the entry in the port, the amount of KRW 400,000 from P was 50,000, and the sales was made by delivering approximately 2g vinyls among the tight Handphones.
E. On September 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00 on September 16, 201, sent and received philophones to return the same quantity in the future from the front path of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan building; and (b) around 1g of philophones, the Defendant received and accepted philophones without compensation.
F. The Defendant for smoking marijuana: (a) around 01:00 on September 17, 2017.
