A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 8,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Defendant

A and C shall be subject to the above fine.

[2013 fixed-term 840: Defendant A] No person shall provide game products with the contents different from those of the game products rated.

However, Defendant A’s game products are classified to enable users to write a certain number of cards automatically for the convenience of users, but the game products are classified to enable users to write the same at will, and the game products “private countries” cannot arbitrarily manipulate the winning rates, notwithstanding the fact that the game products were rated to prevent users from arbitrarily manipulating the winning rates.
