On January 4, 2017, at around 21:32, the Defendant driven a B Spo-type car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 10 meters from the shooting distance of the Sungsan Park located in the Spo-si, to the front road of the Sungsan Park located in the same Dong from around 10 meters.
