The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On January 8, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim E (27 years old) at the right knife of the victim E (27 years old) who was under the influence of alcohol in front of the new-dong community service center, around 09:20, at around 09:1, the Defendant committed assault without any special reason.
2. Determination
(a) A case which cannot be prosecuted against the clearly expressed will of the victim (Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act);
B. Withdrawal of expression of intent to punish the victim after the indictment of this case
C. Judgment dismissing public prosecution (Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act)
