1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant posted an advertisement on the Internet portal site stating that he will be able to carry out an on-line acting test on the Internet portal site, and reported it to G, H, I, J, K, and K, followed the test at the test site on the date of the earth-interest test received between G, H, J, and K, and subsequently, the Defendant moved about about 30 minutes of the test to the mobile phone camera, and then sent the test to the above G, etc. using the Kakao Kao Stockholm, and then conspired that the above G, etc. to apply for the test by submitting it to the test supervisor who may know of the fact, and to pay the consideration to the Defendant.

(1) On October 30, 201, the Defendant applied for a soil-interest test administered by the Korea Land-Related Commission at L Middle Schools located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and applied for the problem at a different rate, and paid to the test supervisor at the toilet before about 30 minutes after the completion of the test. As a toilet, he/she taken the test answer sheet with a mobile camera, and sent it to G and H using a mobile camera, and then sent it to G and H using a mobile camera. Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with G and H, interfered with the fair test management and supervision of the Korea-Ethical Committee by fraudulent means.

(2) On December 18, 201, the Defendant jointly committed with I applied for a soil-interest test administered by the Korea Land-Related Board at the above Lmiddle School, and applied for the problem at a different rate, and applied for a toilet with about 30 minutes prior to the completion of the test. The Defendant taken the answer sheet with the percentage of the test with the toilet as a mobile phone camera.
