A. Defendant D Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Defendant D Co., Ltd”) is a company whose primary business is the manufacture, export, and import of children’s electric vehicles and electric vehicles, and Defendant E is the representative director of the above company.

A and B are married children, and Plaintiff C are children of Plaintiff A and B.

B. On January 11, 2014, the Plaintiffs purchased from the Defendant Company’s official NAC to F in 2014-type D motor vehicles for young children (hereinafter “instant motor vehicles”) at KRW 2.2 million.

C. On March 18, 2014, the Plaintiffs requested the Defendant Company to repair the instant motor vehicle due to the defect in filling the exhaust of the instant motor vehicle, and received repair from the Defendant Company.

The Plaintiffs, on November 12, 2014, requested the Defendant Company to repair due to the defect in the supply of the power source, etc., and received the repair from the Defendant Company.

On May 19, 2015, at around 07:40, a fire (hereinafter “instant fire”) occurred in the part of the entrance of Kimhae-si G 107 Dong 901 (hereinafter “instant building”) (hereinafter “instant building”), which is the Plaintiffs’ residence, and due to this, a fire was destroyed by a fire that part of the instant building and a temporary structure of the instant building, and a flood, etc. caused damage, such as a fire, a flood, and a flood by a fire.
