B. Defendant B is Defendant A.

As to the grounds of claim and the facts indicated in the changed grounds of claim, the Plaintiff and Defendant A may be acknowledged by the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff. Since the Plaintiff and the remaining Defendants appear to have been led to confession pursuant to Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act, the Defendants are obligated under paragraph (1) of the same Article.

(2) The Plaintiff asserted that the Defendants C and D made a qualified acceptance on the deceased E’s property inheritance. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants was reduced. Therefore, the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants is justified, and both are accepted.
