5. As of December 27, 200, the land was divided into E-P 507 square meters (hereinafter “E land after division”) and P 264 square meters (hereinafter “B land after division”).
Accordingly, as the number of land cadastre C before division is changed to E, the change of area was recorded (i.e., the land cadastre of E land after division is used as it is before division), and as to land B after division, the land cadastre was newly prepared.
3) After subdivision, the land cadastre of E includes the content that ownership is transferred to G via F, etc. from D, the assessment titleholder, to G. The land cadastre after subdivision includes the content that ownership is transferred to H, I, and Plaintiff (A) in sequence from D, the assessment titleholder. According to the current land cadastre, the Plaintiff as to B’s land after subdivision is indicated as having obtained ownership transfer on December 27, 1962. (B) After subdivision, the registration of ownership transfer is entered in the real estate register in F and G order with respect to E’s land after subdivision.
Current owners are G.

In addition, in the register of land C before division, the registration of provisional attachment was completed by the Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund No. 51230, Nov. 16, 201, which became the right holder, and the registration of the decision of compulsory commencement of auction was completed by the Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund No. 51380, Aug. 12, 2015, which became the right holder.
