【Criminal Facts】

1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A and Defendant B

A. On November 16, 2013, the Defendants posted a false statement that “I will deliver goods if you deposit KRW 300,000 to the victim H who reported and contacted this article,” at the PC located in Hanam-si, Hanam-si. The Defendants sent a false statement that “I will deliver goods if you deposit KRW 300,000.”

However, the Defendants did not have the intention or ability to sell it to the victim because they did not have the above Kamera.

The Defendants conspired and received KRW 500,000 from the victim’s national bank account (I) in the name of Defendant B.

2.
