On May 25, 2013, at around 15:59, the Defendant cut off a 14K gold bar from the “F in the first floor E of the theater located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government,” which was located in the display site, at the bar of the victim G in the display site, one of the 400,000 won of the market price owned by the Defendant.

2. On May 31, 2013, at around 15:18, the Defendant cut off one of the 18K gold 1,80,000 won of the market price owned by the victim J, which was located at the display site in Jongno-gu Seoul, at the “I” bank located at the fourth floor H in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu Seoul.
