1. The insurance contract entered in the separate sheet concluded between the Plaintiff and the Defendant is invalid.
2. The defendant.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To describe the cause of claims and the changed cause of claims in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Part of dismissal: The portion of a claim for damages for delay exceeding the above shall be dismissed, since the amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings requires 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, the enforcement date of the amended Act.
